Voices of the University of Colorado: Brenton Duvall

I'm always happy to see new work from Brenton Duvall, a producer often featured in the archives of Unheard Undergrad for expert mashups of pop and hip hop. This time we get some new flavors, with a seven-minute experimental track that may or may not be unfinished. I'll think of it as a little treat for fans who haven't heard from Brenton Duvall in a while.

This is a different breed from Brenton, who samples from Mike Posner and Jon Brion to make a slow, thoughtful track. Far from party music, the down-tempo Phone Rings Goodbye (Long Edit), progresses as a sweet and sentimental track; not your usual remix, eh?
