I've been wondering when we'd hear from M.i. next. This young rapper/producer/jack-of-all-trades hailing from Texas is the real deal, judging solely on the quality of his latest mixtape, Prep Time. It's exciting to see he's dropped the video to one of my favorite tracks, Hold On. This one helped me survive my morning commute, though it definitely deals with heavier issues than rush hour. The song is eerie and powerful, portrayed well by this simple but effective video. I highly encourage supporting M.i., downloading the mixtape and keeping an eye on this talent; it's sure to go somewhere.
